Heh... That's the golden cardnal rule of metal detecting -- when you go to some other state (or country).. you bring your detector! Especially when it's for work...

I have a work tirp coming up and I'm going out of my way to a training center in Florida instead of Illinois just so I can detect on the beaches!!
