Hi there,
I thought I would give this a try and hopefully connect with some folks. I live in Oakland CA, and would like to get more into treasure hunting and exploration. I really dig finding, exploring and photographing ghost towns and places of abandonment. I also just bought a Whites TreasurePro detector and hope to make good use of it. I had an old Whites Coinmaster, but wanted to upgrade to a more modern machine. Does anyone use or have experience with a TreasurePro? I tried it a bit in my yard, but was just getting all sorts of crazy sounds and signals as well as the word "overload" coming up on the screen. The manual was not as helpful as I had hoped, so if anyone has a few words of wisdom that would be appreciated.
I also am certified to scuba dive, and would be interested to connect with wreak divers or underwater treasure seekers.

I have been considering upgrading to the Whites TreasurePro and I'd be interested in seeing any comments here on that topic.
