Found this a while back laying in the street. I don't know if it feel out of someones car or just out with the trash. Looks like it got ran over a few times.
On the Back is a certificate sticker that says:

This icon has been crafted in the spirit of original Byzantine iconography. The subject matter has been drawn from originals found in museums, monasteries and churches.
It is made of pure silver .950
The export of this icon from Greece is allowed.

really nice find for the middle of the street,how thick is that thing? can you get a weight on it?it would have to weigh 8 or 10ounces? a troy pound? keep your eyes peeled maybe they throw silver out with the trash around your (beverly Hills)neighborhood.
