I was sitting at home and decided to go out and swing the trusty fisher. Glad I did!! I had done some research and spotted a lot that once had a house on it. House is long gone. I get off my truck and within minutes I pull out a 1944 D war nick. Close to that I get a 1954 Mexican 5 centavos coin. I go towards the rear of where the home was and get a good high tone. I start digging and four inches down pops out a silver ring. Four feet from where I found the ring I get a huge high tone hit. Im thinking its an aluminum can but it was not fluctuating like a can normally does. I dig down about 5 inches and pull out a sterling silver spoon with beautiful decorations on the handle. I keep swinging for a couple more minutes and find a 42 wheat cent. I had to call it a day after the wheat cent due to the kids getting out of school.
