Got a chance to head out for a few hours yesterday with my buddy Wes. He took me over to the Eastern Shore and we hit a field for a while and each of us walked away with some nice finds. I found a little bit of everything...Except gold. :( There was silver, wheat, nickel, lead, buttons and more found yesterday. Check out my video to see some of the finds and the pics for the rest of them. Thanks for looking!

Happy Hunting!

-Nate

There sure is! We didn't stop this time, but might on the next trip.

Nice video, what type of camera are you using?

Thanks Jaichim! I use a Kodak Zi8 handheld camera. It's capable of 1080p recording for nice high def video. My birthday is in a few days and I've asked for a GoPro camera, so hopefully that will come in and I can compare it to the one I'm using now. Thanks for watching!

I believe that shotgun brass is actually a 12 guage and that is No. 8 shot. So it was lead pheasant load. Just my thoughts! Great hunt!

It's definitely an 8 gauge shell. I also found 12 gauge and 10 gauge shells out there too. If you watch the video, in the pictures at the end there is a photo of the all the shells I dug. You can clearly see a size difference. Also, the 8 gauge "ARROW" brand UMC Co. shell first started being produced in 1910. Thanks for watching!

It was a fun day Nate. I think we pulled relics from the early 1800's to modern day. We have only began to scratch the surface of the many fields left to hunt. Oh, and I got one up on you! You still lead in coins tho :angry7: I will catch you one day lol. Nice video brother!

Wes
