Went to a friends house built in the 1800's. Been there 3 or 4 times in the past with a few good finds here and there. Some guy a few years ago hit this place and my friend told me he left holes everywhere. He got all the really good stuff I guess. But not everything and he's no longer allowed on the place. Lol. Here's what I found today. 1930 Buffalo 1936 Buffalo 1890 Indian 1917 Merc x2 And 5 wheats not pictured 2nd pic is a small tin, prob aspirin that has two old pins. Can read the dates but I imagine some kid prob buried it or dropped it and forgot about it. Pretty cool. Enjoy.

Some sweet finds.Congrats.HH

That other guy's loss is your find. If he's reading this, he's kicking himself in the rear ( as I'd like to do ) for leaving those holes and getting himself banned. One Merc has some circulation wear for sure and the other was lost well before it could travel much.

What exactly are the contents of the tin ? you mentioned dates that you could read ,was that related to the coins or something
that was in the tin ?

Must of been 1917 Merc day, I found one yesterday too, mine was a Phila. mint too bad it wasn't Denver. Nice finds, congrats.

Them are the guy's that make us look bad they shouldn't even own a detecter, somebody did that at this park a town over so I can't even go search there now how hard is it to put it back how you found it.. Good thing that you are finding the good stuff he didn't deserve it.

That's some nice silver, IH and Buffalo nickels you got! Real nice finds!
