My machine (AT pro) to me was not working properly? :icon_scratch: People online said it was a faulty machine. I sent it into Garrett and asked if they could replace it, still under 2 year warranty. They said no way will we "replace" the unit that is almost two years old. I was disappointed and asked if they could take a look at it. She said they will look at it and fix anything that is wrong. I asked for a new cuff too. Well when I opened the box two weeks later. To my surprise they sent me a whole new machine and cuff at no cost !! It now gets proper depth and correct readings. So this is just a thank you for Garrett's customer service... THANK YOU Garrett !! :hello2:
 

Garrett is well known for taking care of their customers. One of the big reasons I prefer Garrett.
