Grandson's Last Hunt 05

The picture is of one of my awesome grandsons, Ken, and was taken two days before Thanksgiving.

Ken's last find for this year was a very old pocket knife (or what was left of it about 9 inches deep).

LOL!

Actually he's on the edge of a plowed field which is why many items are so deep.

Long ago I learned that the best and sometimes untouched sites are now farmers fields. Do research and find out where the old blacksmith's shop, house stable, school house, grange hall, etc., were once located. Many times they're now pasture land.
