Grandson and his Go Find

Spent the day with my 9 year old Grandson and his Go Find I got him for Christmas 2 years ago. He loves "Treasure hunting"! The 4-H fair was last week so we hit the Carnival spot for a few hours, He does pretty good, still needs some finishing touches but we had fun .......Lots of clad and three junk pieces of jewlery. He though he was Mel Fisher!!! lol

That's awesome, and reminds me of me. I got my first detector when I was 12, but had used my Uncle's for a while before I got my own. I think it's great to see a kid get outside and do stuff like that instead of sitting inside all day rotting their brain on social media and internet videos
