Guessing: VF-20; as you said, scrathes obverse and reverse do detract.

Very nice coin. I'm hoping to find one of those some day. In my opinion is should grade better that 20, but that's just my opinion.

This one gets a "net" grade due to the damage and cleaning ... XF-40, net VF-30 (damaged/cleaned), she's still a sweetie!
