Grabbed another rare one I've been hunting....
Sometimes it pays to be the last of the Paterson hardcore collectors to get a bottle. This is a fantastic C. Braun skinny blob, great condition and color, that I have been looking to add for 5 years. I ended up being the only bidder and last of us who needed it for his collection, so I got it for under $10, a real steal...
I gave my entire collection of Braun bottles, 8 or 9 in all, to his family a few Christmases ago after they lost everything to Hurricane Sandy, and I've been reacquiring others since that time with great success, so Karma has been good to me once again.
Christian Braun started in business by himself in 1859 and stayed by himself until partnering with his brother in 1892. This also comes in yellow, I really need one of those now....
