GPAA Gold and Treasure Show pictures 10/28 & 10/29 2007

Hello friends. 5 of us from Treasurenet attended the GPAA Gold & Treasure show at the Carlisle Expo Center in Carlise, PA this past weekend. Those attending were Jeff of PA, Rich in Central PA, DK in PA, poorinpottstown, and 4DB. We had a great 2 days, I took some pics to share with all of you.

PS: There are no pics of 4DB, he told us he is on the FBI's 10 most wanted list, and his pic is posted on the wall of your local post office, therefore I defiantly and reluctantly respected his wishes, and won't post his mug shot. (Not that it makes any difference now hah)

So here are some pics, and we hope you like em....................Rich

Re: GPAA Gold and Treasure Show pictures 10/28 & 10/29 2007

Hi Rich in Central PA,
It was a pleasure meeting you and Jeff of PA at the GPAA Gold and Treasure Show. Here are a few more pictures to show everyone the fun they missed. The first is during the hunt, second is me using the pin point feature for some silver, and the third and fourth are the treasure haul for the day. Pictured is the 1982 1 oz. silver round of the American Prospector won as a door prize, '64 & '66 half, some silver Rosey dimes, a clad dime found that wasn't part of the hunt, 4 small bottles of gold given at the door for the first 100 people, a large bottle bought for $4 and a free Minelab pin, all in a GPAA souvenier gold pan. With everyone going on, I forgot to mention that while waiting to get in, Tom Massey came passed the line with a camera man. He was shaking hands and stopped to ask me what brought me to the show. I don't think they'll use the footage for anything since I probably looked like a deer in the headlights. It truely was a great day!
