Haven't been posting lately. Been busy at work. Went out last week with Marinedad and Dennis. Got a total of 73 clad coins for a total around $9.00. Got a solid 12-46, 12-47 on the E-Trac so I am thinking it is a definite silver quarter. I start digging and at 10 inches I still have nothing so I stick my X-1 probe down the hole and it goes screaming crazy and the screen still reads 12-46! I dig two more inches and bingo. I see a large circular silver edge sticking out of the dirt. As I carefully dig around it I realize it is getting bigger and bigger and now cannot be any type of coin. Finally I pull it out and it is a hard silver circular lady's bracelet. By the design I am thinking early 1900's. It matches some of the jewelry designs I see in my old 1900 Sears catalog. Then right before we were leaving I did a little hunting in front of my car and got a strong 12-45. It was a lady's .925 silver ring. The ring has father and mother figures with two children and the family of four are holding hands. I have seen a design like this a few years back but I cannot remember what organization it represents. Also got 6 Wheat cents, a no date Indianhead and a 1912 V-Nickel. Sorry no pictures again. Happy hunting to all!
