Got some IKEs today and maybe more

Went to the bank today at lunch asking for "rolls of halves" as is our way on this forum. The teller said she would have to ask the other guy as that was his department. He said he had $44 in halves and some that didn't look very good cause they had a lot of black on them. I said I would take the $44 in halves and would like to see the dirty ones. The halves turned out the be IKEs. I said I would take them. Then he said the others were quarters and not halves. I said that I really wasn't interested in quarters, thanked him for the IKEs and went on my way. Then I dawned on me!!!! What if the dirty quarter where silver. I'm going back after work today!!!!!

Call the bank and ask them to hold them for you. I have and it works.

The black quarters turned out to be some Susan Bs that got burnt.

Then I still had a little time before the banks closed so went to another across the street. They said They had $60 and of course I took them all. I did pretty well with those.

Total 29 out of 120 Not bad at all

And I got 4 $2.00 bills. I know they aren't worth more than $2 But I still keep them.
