Hello everyone,
Hunted some curb strips right next to where I live that are always quite busy bc there’s a lot of great restaurants there. Of course, now they’re basically abandoned. The area was very target rich and everything was shallower than 4”. Got out with 7 wheats including a worn 1913, a very nice 1917-D and a 1920. The ring is silver plated copper and was a surface find and quite damaged. At the base of a tree I found the first merc which was a 1945, the first number on the e-trac were bouncing around but the second number held solid at 45. 15 minutes later I got a squeaky 11-42 that was the 1942 Merc at one two inches, it was a pleasant surprise. As far as clad goes I think I got one quarter, 3 nickels, 5 dimes and around a dozen pennies.
