Very nice!
I keep all the weird looking geofacts I find too.
Interesting how they can take on those bizaar shapes.
I wanna dig but don't know where to begin.
Prolly anywhere on our farm would be ok.
Should I start next to the crick?
I've watched a few vids on youtube about digging. They find the most amazing pieces.
Any tips on digging would be appreciated.

I am not real familiar with finding artifacts in your area. But there will be similarities.Near water or on or around hills and such. But first and formost...Go to where there have been found before, then start a few test holes.See what come out,if nothing worked ...move on....If you start to find brokes and such...start trying to see what way you found the most, and start some test holes that way.Just take you time and have fun....Hope that helps some.

Nice hunt Neo. Getting a little warm here and mighty humid with thunderstorms every day for the next 10 days. Like a jungle ! Like your tools and point.

Thanx Tn..(Like your tools and point.)My past few posts are all from the same spot near the midden. It seems to me to be in a little older spot( early to middle Archaic) I have found some older stuff too..I.E Waco sinkers are thought to be Paleo. Also lots of tools have been found there as well.

Hey Steve...I your oppinion...is the one in the 2nd pic,a tool(I don't think so)or just waste from knapping?
