Got my first Negative feedback because someone can't read
I sold gold bracelet listed it as a men's bracelet 7 1/4 inches long. Had the size on there and the weight on the listing. Sent it to the guy who bought it now. Three weeks later he emails me all mad and upset. He wants his money back because the bracelet doesn't fit him it's too small. So he emails me wants to return it. I give him my address to ship it back and he leaves me negative feedback. Saying I listed it as an adult bracelet and it's a child's bracelet. So after I saw he left negative feedback I emailed him and just said to keep it. If he would like to change his feedback that I'd be happy to work with him but if not then he needs to open a case to eBay. And I know there's nothing I can do other than eat the negative feedback and give him his money back after emails the thing to me.
