Got ambushed when I hit the beach this afternoon....well, almost; Ag saved the day.

Breezy , pleasant afternoon at the beach today.

"They" were waiting in a hollowed out bamboo shoot but I managed them single handedly

Hunted wet sand slope 2 hrs. ..not much today; found the silver toe ring in the last 1/2 hr.

It was thickly tarnished...had to have been there for eons; about 8" deep in wet sand

I think it is just glass, old digger; the setting is not a safe one..looks like it was just glued in, but I tested it just to be sure-results : negative for diamond and moissanite.
