Got a Walker Today!

Its a real nice one too. I have been having trouble hobbling in and out of all the banks. So the walker really helps. Its got 4 wheels, a horn and I put on a basket to carry all my coins in and out of the bank! I also painted it red, the old ladies love it! I had heard about the guy who found a barber and thought Id share my story.

Well, my box today was very disappointing. All the coins looked like they had been washed. Not cleaned but washed. They looked so weird after openning the first roll, I knew I had no chance of finding silver. I did find one 2000 S, doesnt even look like a proof. No frosted head and no mirror finished. Nice and clean though!

Sorry to hear about the Walker and the goofed up halves. It's a shame to come across a relatively new proof like that 2000, and realize that it is now worth no more than face. This is the same reason I don't mark my halves, because if I or someone else puts a big mark across a really nice error coin, it really has it's value degraded. Anyhow, better luck on the next box, and hope they aren't as clean!!
