Seems every park I went to had something for me. This was the second hunt in a row that produced a ring. Fairly sure the 8x6 is working fine. The ring is marked 682 I believe. The other ring is copper I believe. The hair beret was high quality so will check it later.

Good gracious! Great finds, love the hair beret! Would love a follow-up on that. Congrats from this end for sure.

I always look forward to something that delights me - silver/gold or not.

Thanks, the ring may be 14k gold. It is white or silver looking. The beret I will have to do some research on. I hit a handful of parks. I was digging all signals. Im tumbling the copper ring with some other rings I found. Cant wait till they get done. This upcoming weekend should produce a lot of finds. Parks will be loaded.

The mark on that ring doesn't sound like a normal known purity mark. Please take a second closer look. Nice finds by the way.

Some common purity marks-

Nice Haul! WTG! Tt

this post should be promoted not banned. nice finds

Funny title and great recoveries

That's the shiniest bunch o' finds ever. Dropped metal doesn't corrode in the southwest, eh? Everything is roached here. Cool!

Tot lot finds. Sometime the mods have dirty minds. I really did find a little head lol.

I have a few toasted rings and coins. The chemicals do a number on them. But have a few spots I keep cleaned out that produces rings.

That's what I call a hunt.
Keep em coming

I do own diggers. I mostly probe, but you are looking at surface or just below the surface finds. I hunt new drops when I get tired of digging some of the older parks. I guarantee if you just lower the sense and walk and swing certain areas everyday, you will find nice shiny stuff too. I hope you looked at all the bobby pins I dug also. Thats a dead give away of where I was hunting. Here is a pic of todays tumbles. I tumble a lot of junk stuff just because I like too. Still history and still neat finds. You really dont want me posting everything I find. 17039184_10208294355378187_6030524139468103933_o.jpg17760965_10208515924037265_3866579185782805323_o.jpg The ring is before and after. It is Grand Canyon State Park ring. There is a knife blade which I cant id. Then some toasted stuff. What is left tumbles nice. You have given me a idea to show just how much trash I dig in a week or so.

Are you sure it doesn't read 625?

15k gold is classified as .625?

Nice finds for sure!

The bobby pins are a big giveaway where you were hunting..............kids jewellery boxes right? :laughing7::laughing7:

Disappointing, I thought we hunters had reached the level of super stars and women had started throwing themselves at us. Oh well back to reality

Funny title, sure to get lots of clicks!! :occasion14:

One day I will break out the acid test kit and check all my rings. Im glad someone could read it.
