They are startin' to pop! Too cold for us to detect, so we tried our other form of dirtfishin'. Pretty early, so only a few. Need rain and warmer weather followed by sunshine.

Nice...found about 8 myself down here in SE MI. 6 were decnt size yellows but the bugs were getting to them. Also found a couple of blacks fresh as can be...strange year with the weather. The blacks are usually first.
