The are the only manufacturer to actively monitor forums to look for customer issues.

There are American detector companies that are just a 800 number phone call away and they also send out a box. Just give them a call and it will happen and there is no need to enter your problem on the net for them to find out about it. The monitoring of forums to get feed back on issues is a plus and I am sure that the US companies are aware of that data also they just do not place a rep out there dedicated to forum topics. They do how ever answer the phone and E mail on a priority basis.

I have tried their 800 numbers for Minelab and Whites, didn't work too good.
