Got a 73s Ike for free!

I was changing in halves at one of my banks with a self serv coin counter. I have been getting very little out of the last 10 boxes, Perhaps 8 total.
So I check the coin return like i always do and there is a bunch of change! 2 dime, 3 nick, 10 pen, 1 1939 wheat, Cool, Now I start counting and after 1 min the machine stops. Jam!
Teller opens the top and pulls out Ike dollar, "You know this machine doesn't take these big dollars". Now I know I only have 1500.00 worth of halves, "Sorry don't know how that got in there, I won't let it happen again"! LOL

That's incredible! Out of the thousandplus Ikes I've found, only one was a 73-s. They're rare indeed. What a great find!

Great find on that 73S Ike.

What's interesting, though, is that is one of the (relatively) few coins where the "S" version had more minted (and is worth less) that the "P" or "D" version.
