Well, time to hit the road again. I had a good time hunting in Missouri. Wish the weather would have been a little better. I was disappointed not to get the opportunity to hunt with any locals. Weather might have been part of the problem. Cold and frozen or muddy most of the time here.
Found a few keepers while here. I will be back in Missouri this fall and I am looking forward to better weather to explore. i think there are lots of good areas that bear a little more exploring. Have a tip on a civil war camp area I didn't get a chance to explore. Something to look forward to.
The next two months we will be between Livingston TX, New Orleans and Grand Isle LA. Maybe I will get the chance to meet a fellow detector on this leg of our journey.
