Hey guys,
Got out today to the town that gave me my first ever barbers and seated a few weeks back, I got permission at the first house that someone answered the door, I knocked 2 others but no answer. The house had a circa 1880 sign on it and had that "look" so I thought, game on! The lady gave me permission but I only had an hr and a half cause she had to go somewhere, I frantically started gridding and dug good targets right off the bat, my first was the 1904 indian!, next was the no date buff, then some clad, then 4 wheats and another indian, 1890!! dug some nice relics too, the rings in the top left are both junk but the one says "capt franks air hawks", I thought that was pretty cool, the buckle in the bottom left says patd may 2 1900, also the nice plated spoon, makeup compact, the lipstick tube still has red lipstick in it, the beauty pin, and an aluminum thimble, thought I had my first silver thimble, but no dice!, a marble and a tag that says "M.S.S. 1" the marble was in the hole with a small clad spill, and last is my 7th pocket knife this year, im beginning to like finding those! so this hunt yielded me Indians 22 and 23, and my 5th buff this year. I lost count of the wheats, somewhere near 160 or so on the year, sadly no silver today
I think if I didn't have to rush so much I might've found some, thanks for looking and HH!!
