Anyone have a suggestion for a good pouch that will carry a digger plus pinpointer etc....int the White's video the guy has a good leather one but I can't find it on their site.
At present I just use a builders 2 pocket apron for coins and carry all the other gear..not easy.
So suggestions would be appreciated.

thanks
Paul

I use a cheap nylon two-compartment shotgun shell pouch. One compartment holds my pinpointer, knife, trowel, etc. The other holds the trash I find. The good stuff goes in my pocket, or the pinpointer side.

It's deep enough that I don't worry about anything falling out, it's durable enough that the metal trash doesn't tear it up, and plenty affordable.

I use the waist "Man Bag" You can ware it on the side or move it out of the way. Different zipper pockets, all sizes.Plenty big enough for digger and what ever else. Works for me ;D

Where do you get that from?

I would think Wal-Mart should have them. Here we still have a "Roses" store.Got mine there for about five bucks(?) If you can't find one,be glad to look here for you. Need a picture to help see what it is ?

I use the Jimmy Sierra digging pouch, you can find here here, scroll down about 2-3 inches and you'll see it, very good price, comes with a probe and coin popper. Very heavy nylon.....

Check it out: http://www.jimmysierra.com/pouchZ.htm

Yes a pic would be helpful, thanks

Ok,but remember, you can get different sizes. This one is about the small size. It's empty here, all the goodies out for cleaning.

shotgun shell pouch

I also use my photographers vest to keep all my goodies in as well my hunting vest works too with several pockets best of all it has a large reflective display on it good for woods detectiing

I recently bought a new pouch from my local dealer here in Northeast Pa. It's made by Whites and even has a pouch to hold the pinpointer,,and a small zippered pouch for the real goodies and a regular pouch for the digger and all the pull tabs you can collect in one day. Check the White's web site.

Hi Tom,

Is this the one, it's the only one I can find on White's.

The pouch you are talking about is from sunray!I've seen them on various dealers websites selling around 38-40 dollars. It's the one with randy smith......definitely sunray....nice pouch.......hh rh ;)

My preference is a fisherman's vest. Plenty of zippered pockets and lightweight. I can put my lunch and a couple bottles of water in the large pouch on the back and not have to worry about carrying a lunch box with me.

For my detector, digging tools, headphones. and extra batteris I bought a 6-rod fly fisherman's carry bag. It's long enough to put my detector into without changing the length of the staff. It's lightweight and has two zippered outside compartments (made originally to hold fly reels) for carrying my headphones, treasure box, and extra batteries.

To each his own.

Mine is not quite like that...it's flatter and has a zippered pocket...That one from White's that you showed me is also a good one....Thanks
