Hi everybody. I got permission to hunt an old house in town. The couple were very cute and talked my ear off for a good 1/2 hour before I got swinging. I found an interesting button, a 1957 washington, a 1943 P war nickel, 1914 and 1919s wheat pennies. Pictures to follow. Saturday I went to a neighboring park the size of a football field figuring to do some cladding. Little did I know what I would stumble upon. In a l;ittle over 4 hours I found 108 quarters, 64 dimes 18 nickels and 79 pennies. After 3 hours of digging everything, I only dug dimes and quarters because I was too darn tired of digging. I would say I did about 1/2 of the park. Needless to say, I will be back!

Have a great night.

Wow!!! Thats great, congrats!!!!

Hey M, talked back and forth with Kieth last Thu/Fri but did not get to show up with you guys. Looks like he had a great road trip home, hey? Nice clad count! Gonna get the deper stuff there also?

Thanks for the tip on the hollow. We found a couple of wheats. As always, I am so new, I learned alot just talking to Keith. We also hit an old DG school that must have been cleaned out pretty well. I think the only thing we found with that monster coil he swings was one wheat. I wish I could have tagged along with him to the school on the way home!!! I would love to find a LC. Give me call sometime and we can play :)

Sure thing, Kieth is an AWESOME detectorist and is a force to be reckoned with the way he swings that Minelab.

I'll be heading in to your area come fall for a hunt or two and we'll hookup.
