went back to the battle field permission that I got a couple weeks ago.
ended the day with 17 bullets . both Confederate and Federal. pulled a couple great Enfields as well as Williams cleaners.
also a small buckle and a couple small buttons. I believe they are underwear buttons.
also dug a couple iron tones and was surprised to dig a 6" Artillery frag.

you will see Monday. But the history markers in this area state that Early's Confederates whipped Sheridan's Federal troops all over this particular area. While digging this place you can almost feel the history of the fallen.
