Some you guys find gold about as often as I find qtrs. They are about hard to find here as hen teeth. I found a total of "5 golden rings" all of last yr. That was because I hunting almost everyday as well. I found my my 2nd gold ring in as many days. This is my 4th in the last 30 days. I basically get to hunt just on the weekend with a few week days tossed in for good behavior. Im still using my xlt and hunting the same places as before.

I tried a new coin and ring program. At first I was skeptical; but it is paying off. Some one mention they couldnt believe I only found 6 qtrs yesterday . I wont mention his name; but "John ".... Oooops I mean some one mentioned it. I guess its because of the gold rings I seem to be finding. Just thought Id throw that out there. I made up for the yesterday's qtr count.. I also found a nice Presidential coin from 2000 with Ronald Reagan and a couple more hotwheels for the collection. The bracelet was only silver plated.. Too Bad.. Thanks for looking . HH

VERY pretty ring, Steve! 8) I've got to get out and hunt the parks more often. You guys are finding all the good stuff!!

Nana :)

WTG on that hunt :icon_thumleft: finding over $5.00 in clad is not a bad day, that and the nice Regan coin. I would settle for a day like that. :headbang:

WTG Steve. keep it up

Nice ring Steve. Funny how some categories of finds come in spurts. Last year I found 3 coins from the 1800s...all within a month and at 3 different sites. Then I found silver and gold rings in five straight hunts and then not a ring of any kind for 5 months. ???

as long as your digging low vdi's 2 4 6 8 10 15 16 your gonna find gold!!!!
