I know this is a long shot, but I just arrived in San Fran to help my elderly father travel to the JP Morgan Conference held annually. I will have plenty of free time from Monday through Thursday. I have lived in the Bay Area most of my life so (as much as I still love seeing the city) I'd like to go detecting if I can. Problem is I don't have a detector on this trip and I'm staying in Union Sq. If anyone has an extra detector and the free time to go detecting this week, I would be glad to buy lunch/dinner in exchange. I'm good company, considerate person and it's probably a good idea to have two people watching each other's backs in parts of Golden Gate Park these days. That's the site I thought of, but maybe you know a better one. I would want to stay in San Fran on the off chance my dad would need to reach me for assistance during the day.
