Gold Shoe Charm, Tent Stakes, Coins, Unidentified relics

Today I (Carolyn) and my friend Denise went to a campground in a historic area of virginia. There I found some coins, some unidentified thick metal objects, tent stakes, and the usual trash. We also went hunting at a playground where I found a cool gold shoe charm. I haven't determined whether the charm is real, but from the looks of it I'd say costume. This has been my week of the coolest stuff yet, and it's only my third day with my very own metal detector (before I always just assisted my friends!)
