Went out yesterday afternoon to a house we hunted last week and got permission to look at the neighbors yard where I had found a .58. We think this yard probably has been hunted out pretty good as it is within the lines of the Battle of Nashville. I think sometimes you can probably still find a pocket of goodies every now and then if you go slow. I never cover as much ground as my mister does and I seem to find more(or maybe I'm just lucky?) Was pretty excited when I pulled up this WW1 button with gilt still on it(the picture doesn't do it justice),my first Williams cleaner,and a silver washed flat button. They sure sounded sweet in my headphones.

I also just dug one of those old army buttons in my yard in the last week, I got super excited when I first saw it thought it was a coin of some kind. Still a very cool find, definitely a keeper. Good luck and happy hunting.
