I went lone wolf today and had an awesome hunt! Ma Ma would be proud haha! I drove a couple cities down to get the more un touched dirt and it paid off. Early into the hunt I dug a '44 wheat. It gradually got better though. Walked out onto the main field and got a sound of a dime on the MXT. The plug revealed a small silver ring with a turtle on it. Remarkably it is my first silver ring this year... wth??
About mid-way into the hunt got a strong signal in the 30's. As I was digging the signal, I felt the blade of my digger hit against a strand, I eased up and flipped the plug and saw it was a silver chain! I love when you can't find the end of a chain and keeps going and going haha....This was one of those. It weighs 25.8 grams!
Did some zig zagging across the field and was aiming toward the water fountain to take a break, and got a sound in the low 50's on my magic stick. I dig those zinc sounds a lot now. Took a bit of probing but I finally saw the target. A sweet comfort fit gold band was what came out this time! Its 14K. It weighs 5.3 grams. Have 41 rings total this year so far (all types of metal) Thanks for looking! HH
