Gold ring found w/ WWII items. What's this symbol? A propellor? thanx

There is no inscription on this. The symbol shown is repeated around the ring. I thought it looked a bit like a screw prop from a submarine. This was found along with German jewelry brought back from W.W.2. Thanks for any input

It looks like marine propeller's to me, with drops water flyiing off of it. Sorry, that is all I can add.

Torpedo propeller's maybe? :dontknow:

I don't think it's supposed to be a propellor. The blades/petals are different shapes within each design.

Just an opinion, but most likely not a torpedo prop. During the ww2 era almost all torpedo's had counter rotating twin blades that were either six blades or two blades. The counter rotating blades were an improvement over single blades and the twin blades kept the torpedo's from having the nasty habit of turning in a circle!
