Does anyone know what this is worth it has a philadelphia maneto seal on it it's gold and looks like it says belt co. On back found it deep in the ground at a church in Norfolk va

I can see a lot of copper showing through... No hallmarks or karat marks ? That would make me assume its gold plated. As far as badges go, maybe $20 bucks.
