Might want to try posting this thread in the main Gold Prospecting part of the gold mining forum. Not many people go to this part of the forum a lot. My tips is research the area find out where gold has been discovered and learn about the river and the geology of that river. Research is key to finding gold. Make sure you know how to pan correctly and have a snuffer bottle a long with the rights tools for what your doing.
