Gold looking badge?

Found this badge yesterday in sweden, is it some old military badge? Looks gold but it´s very light, almost like aliminium.
And idea??
The badge is bend a little. It got a arm holding an axe i think

Agree it looks modern. The 'arm holding weapon' is very much in the 'style' of an old Livery. These have been around hundreds of years but were popularised in the mid-19th C on Livery Buttons. I have seen many buttons with very similar designs. However, the function of your 20th C object is uncertain.

I'd have to say it was a manufacturer's emblem, like the ones embedded in the handles of wood saws. Possibly from farm machinery.

Just tidying up some blasts from the past (including some very ancient ones), largely for the benefit of anyone searching the site for information.

Heraldically, that’s “An Arm In Armour Embowed Holding A Battle-Axe” and it’s on a torse, so likely a a crest for a coat of arms, livery style. Several families used that crest, notably the Hennessy family. I suspect it’s part of a ‘foil’ seal or cap from a bottle of Hennessy cognac. They adopted the Hennessy family crest as their trademark.
