Gold geological research help

I’ve been trying since yesterday to access pdf files of old geological mineral reports and surveys done on Rich Hill. I usually access and download them quite easily from the Arizona Geological Survey website archives but none of the files seem to be working now.

Is anyone able to access and view the report at this link: http://docs.azgs.az.gov/OnlineAccessMineFiles/M-R/RichhillplacersYavapai275b.pdf

If you can view it, then maybe the problem is connectivity or bandwidth on my end?
