When should you buy and when not to buy? I bought a 14k filled .5 gram very thin 16 inch chain for $1 and to try to sell on the bay for $5. I bought a pair of sterling, gold filed, garnet signed earrings for $10, because they looked like native american. The signature is PTP which I see on ebay, but no idea whose signature it is. HH
