My brother and I went over into Missouri to a park and did a little detecting. We both found some clad coins and then I got a nice signal on the Minelab Safari, which I am trying out, anyway about 7 inches down I see this gold shiny round thing.. My first thought was, I found a gold coin, well it might of been my second thought and the first thought was Oh #$%^.
When I pulled it out I was amazed of the weight of it. I also could see there was a straight post on the back. after a closer look we could see the post is threaded. Can someone please tell us what this is. I will weigh this when I can. Size is about the same as a nickle. Thanks for looking, HH.
