I forgot to post this gold button looking item as found yesterday on the beach of a remote lake. The picture shows the button as it came out of the ground. uncleaned! Does anyone have any idea where it is from or what ? Thanks

looks like it might be plated? it looks like copper on the back, id say after 1910.
