Gold at Last, Gold at Last

Hello fellow Tnet friends. I was itching to get out today for a little hunt. It was scorching out here, in fact 99.9 degrees in the shade. I went to the “old” High School, which is now the Middle School and started hunting. I made up my mind I was gonna dig almost all signals in the pulltab range. After my 5th or 6th pulltab, I hit on a small 10K ring. It is has taken a beating in its lifetime. Just good for scrap now, but I will take it. It has been a long, long, dry spell on gold for me. I ended up with a lot of junque and 37 cents in change and the small ring. HH all and GL

MM...I think we are gonna have it for awhile yet....Went back out this afternoon..it had cooled down to 96....I was sweating so much it was dripping off the brim of my hat hitting the detector...Looked like dad burn rain falling..Thought I was gonna have to pull out a rain cover.
