Just a little fantasy shot of the latest thing I carved. I used a special lense to get the soft, ethereal look for the photo. I am thinking this will be good to carve as a top for walking sticks. What do you friends think?

Thank you. It is birch from here in northeastern Pennsylvania. I applied some mineral oil and this is the color after. Raw birch is very white.
