Have you compared it to any other newly-printed bills? There is, literally, a little sparkle in newer federal resevere notes, so maybe too much "glitter" was used. Perhaps something went amiss during the printing process (besides the obvious). Or maybe some glamor girl mall tween got some of her makeup on it? I haven't the foggiest.

Yes, I have. I have not seen any other bill like this. I also thought of the "Glamor Girl" theory but it is not. I wish the pict could show more of what I see, but I cannot get a better one of the bill. It looks like glitter gone wild. If I can figure out a better way to scan this bill I'll post it. Thank you for trying,
Steve

Who knows? Maybe you have a printing error? I'm sure there must be the occasional mistake at the printing presses when they apply the "glitter."

Regardless, it's very puzzling.

I'll let you know if I hear or see anything similar.

It's been a while since any one responded.
So I'll take a stab at it.

Hmmmmmm.......Glitter? ;)

sorry, I was trying to be funny..... :P

I would guess that some of the 'Glittery' flakes in the ink
got away from them somewhere in the process.

I'll have to take a look too if/when I run across one next.

Go to the bank and ask them if they have any 2000 through 2007 20's and I think that the new design b4 the last as the one that you have, I have seen a couple of bill that have the "glittery" substance on them its just another way for protecting against crooks that want to make fake money.

Their all like that, its a counterfeit tool
You need a loop to notice it, I have several here
