Found this recently on one of my beach hunts. Glass is starting to craze so it has some age but I have no clue what it is...

Yep, too big for a soap dish so I'll start looking for a cheese dish...

With the crazing, I suggest that it is ceramic. I've seen them described as a drainer/strainer.

Not the same...in the soap dish the holes drain into the dish...thereby not soaking your counter top...plus it is much bigger than any typical soap bar. In my piece the holes go right through so would not be very useable as a soap dish...
