Looks kind of like a glass "flower frog" for holding cut flowers in an arrangement.

Sorry...I sometimes forget...about 2 1/2 inches in diameter and 2 inches tall..clear.....no seams I can see...

I guess it could be...but I don't see how it would be able to keep the flowers standing up when they would only be sticking in the thing about an inch..

I think you'd basically cram a bunch of flowers in each hole. Or put styrofoam of something in there to poke the flowers into.

Well I guess you can tell I don't do a lot of flower arranging...thanks all...and my apologies to PBK for doubting him....what was I thinking!
