Glass pitcher..what is it?

I came across this odd glass pitcher yesterday from a house cleanout. It has an odd shaped mouth and an odd shaped body and measures in ounces from 4oz-32oz. It also has a flat side to it (shown in picture with it laying on its side). What is it!!?
