I would definitely pick this: A massive underground city that could house at least 60,000 - 70,000 people! This would give me several lifetimes of exploring, and you have to figure that there could be a lot of valuable items you could find, as well. Can you imagine owning a couple hundred acres and finding something like this? And even if you didn't find anything valuable or you got tired of exploring it you could always rent it out as a bunker to survivalists. Absolutely freaking amazing! That said, how could you not find anything cool or valuable in something like this?
