Gift Idea

Hello Treasure Hunters,

My father is an avid metal detectorist :-P I was thinking about getting him a subscription to Western and Eastern Treasures magazine for Christmas. Do you think that's a good idea or could someone recommend a different magazine to subscribe him too? Any gift ideas are welcome as he is VERY hard to shop for.

Western & Eastern is the leader in TH magazines in my book. There is also Lost Treasure magazine, but this is mostly for the arm chair thinkers that only wish they could find riches.

I subscribe to W&T and hubby subscribes to Lost Treasure. Both are great magazines and provide wonderful stories and tips!

What about a new digging tool or pinpointer?

I subscribed to Lost Treasure. I purchased the digital subscription. After two months it stopped coming. They said I neve subscribed and I have never gotten another one. The bank did give me back my $19.95 that I paid which was nice of them. But still... American Digger is also a really good magazine.

My mother bought me a subscription to the W&E mag... I'm definitely glad she did, because it's a great magazine!!!

I read them both cover to cover. Both are great.

Both are great magazines. I cannot decide which one is better. They both would make an excellent gift. Hope it helps.
