Found this in 1880’s ghost town out west. Brass about the size of a half dollar. Looks like a Quaker playing a fiddle. It is broken on one side. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Is there anything between his head and what ever he is holding in his right hand? There appears to be some dirt there in pic. I first thought a hunter holding rifle in right hand and wearing a fringe jacket. Hope you figure out what it is. Cool find. Good luck.
Whatever the image is, (a careful cleaning might enlighten us,) It appears to be a button cover for a double breasted garment, possibly. It would slip over two side by side buttons (one side is missing the button cover disc, obviously.) Great find! Sub
